Kansas firefighters are helping with wildfire fighting efforts in Wyoming.

The Hutchinson Fire Department says three of its firefighters and a brush truck left yesterday morning for Wyoming. The firefighters will assist with the Mullen Fire, which is expected to burn 40-thousand-acres by this weekend.

The Hutchinson firefighters are expected to work 16-to-18 hours per day over the next two weeks.
