UPDATE: More School Closings For Tuesday

Forecast wind chills range from around 20 degrees below zero in southeast Kansas to around 35 degrees below zero in north central Kansas. At these values, frostbite can occur in 20-30 minutes on exposed skin. So avoid or limit your time outdoors and dress warmly. If traveling by car, make sure you have a blanket or sleeping bag to keep warm if you become stranded.
