The state of Kansas is forgiving hospitality loans for small businesses.

Governor Laura Kelly announced yesterday that bridge loans taken out through the Hospitality Industry Relief Emergency Fund will be converted to grants.

The move means that small businesses will no longer have to repay the funds, and companies that have already made repayments will be reimbursed.
