A Wichita aerospace company is requiring its employees to get fully vaccinated.

Spirit AeroSystems notified its workers yesterday that they must get the COVID-19 vaccine by December 8th.

Officials say based on the company’s role in multiple defense programs, they have determined that they must abide by President Biden’s vaccine mandate as a federal contractor.
