Voters will be headed to the polls on November 2, making decisions about the City of Salina.

They’ll also be deciding on a ballot question on a proposed ordinance would limit the city commission’s ability to enact public health legislation during a state of emergency.

Former Salina Mayor Jon Blanchard and author of the proposed ordinance Kevin Korb discussed the two sides of the issue.
