A man is taken back into custody after he was mistakenly released from the Sedgwick County Jail.

Authorities say 30-year-old Jamarcius Quayshaun Fisher was mistakenly released from jail on Monday. Jail administrators were made aware of Fisher’s release yesterday morning and he was taken into custody yesterday evening.

Fisher faces charges including aggravated battery, domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
