Four vehicles are missing an important part after recent thefts.

Salina Police Capt. Paul Forrester tells KSAL News that Salina Tech reported four vehicles from the school’s automotive workshop are missing their catalytic converters.

It is believed the theft happened sometime in the last two weeks. The school does not have any video footage, and there are no suspects at this time.

The estimated total loss is $2,000.
