Nancy L. Linville, 91, died December 23, 2021 in Salina, Kansas at the Presbyterian Manor. Nancy was born November 10, 1930 in Wichita, Kansas to Myrtie Ruth and Maurice B. Myer while the family was living in Marion, Kansas.
The family moved to Great Bend, Kansas and then to Lawrence, Kansas where Nancy graduated from Lawrence High School in 1948. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Retail Apparel Merchandising in 1952, where she met her husband of 70 years, Aubrey Linville.
Nancy volunteered with numerous charities and organizations throughout her life, including PEO. She was an avid reader and enjoyed her daily crossword puzzle, traveling, daily walks, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son, David Linville. She is survived by her husband, Aubrey, their daughter Kathi, and their son Rich and daughter in-law, Karen. Nancy is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, David Dupy and his wife Megan, Matt Dupy and his wife Jaime, Phillip Linville and his wife Haley, Meghan, Missy, Becky, and Bud Linville. She is also survived by her 7 great grandchildren Ryan, Anna, Caleb, Hailey, and Adam Dupy, and Caroline and Jack Linville.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021 at the First Presbyterian Church, 308 S. 8th, Salina, KS 67401. There will be a reception at the church following the service.
