Roscoe Talmadge Acklin, 89, of Salina, Kansas passed away on Monday, January 24th, 2022.

He was born Friday, November 4, 1932, in Ellisville MS.

Roscoe was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Shirley Acklin, and daughter Liz Skipworth. He is survived by his children, Tom Acklin and Yvonne Goodwin, both of Atlanta, Ga, grandchildren, Tina Gallo, Libbi Chrisp both Salina, KS, Jon Acklin of Atlanta, GA, Jason Acklin of Griffin, GA, Christine Braswell of Powder Springs, GA, and Stephanie Langley of Carrollton, Ga, and several great-grandchildren.

Roscoe was retired from the Air Force. He was also a member of The First Church of God for over sixty years.

A graveside service will be held for Mr. Acklin on Friday, January 28 at 11:00 a.m. in Geneseo KS.
