Charles O. Meece, 92, of Michigan City, Indiana, formerly of Salina, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2022.   He was born December 22, 1929, in Gillespie, Illinois.

He served in the military for 12 years, doing two tours in Korea.

He was preceded in death by his parents; James and Martha J. (Hildreth) Meece, and his two beloved wives; Yvonne J. Meece and Mary E. Meece, 1 sister, and 6 brothers.

Survivors include his wife; Mae Meece, his son; Timothy Meece and his wife Debbie, 1 brother; 6 sisters,1 grandson; and  5 great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 pm, Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Roselawn Memorial Park, 1920 E. Crawford, Salina.
