U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions is scheduled to address Kansas law-enforcement personnel today at a police training center.

Officials say Sessions is set to speak at Hutchinson’s Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center at 2:45 this afternoon. He will reportedly speak on ways to reduce violent crime. Last year, the state’s murder rate was the highest on record.
