A Wichita teen was arrested after allegedly threatening two Salina girls with a gun.
Police Captain Mike Sweeney says that an incident involving a gun happened late Wednesday night, on a side street in the area of Kenwood Park.
According to Sweeney, at around 10:15 in the evening a 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl were walking. In front of the two girls a small group of people were also walking.
The lead group of walkers apparently thought that the two girls were following them. A person in that lead group allegedly turned around, pointed a gun at the girls, and told them to quit following them. The person with the gun has been identified as 18-year-old Jordan Muldrow from Wichita.
The girls contacted police, and a short time later they located Muldrow still in the area. He was arrested and booked into jail on a possible charge of aggravated assault.
Police say that the gun was not recovered.
