Santiago is an eighth grader at Lakewood Middle School. He is a member of the track team and in his free time he plays basketball. Santiago values everything about Lakewood. He is eager to learn, loves seeing all of his teachers and looks forward to actively participating in each of his classes. Academic success is important to him, as he is focused on achieving his future goal of attending medical school and becoming a surgeon. Some fun facts about Santiago are that he is bilingual, he is fluent in English and Spanish, his family includes himself, his parents and three sisters – and no pets.
