An arrest is made in a Kansas murder case.

Fifty-six-year-old Joseph Ferraro was arrested yesterday at a hotel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, on a warrant for first-degree murder.

The skeletal remains of the victim, 39-year-old Levi Ellis, were found last month in Wilson County.
