A bald eagle is on the mend thanks to a Kansas game warden.

The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks announced yesterday that an injured eagle was discovered in Clay County.

A game warden transported the eagle to Operation Wildlife where it was treated for a pelvic injury believed to have been caused after it was possibly struck by a vehicle.
