An area bank is alerting its customers to beware of a scam.

If someone calls claiming to be from Sunflower Bank or First National 1870 and asks you to read back text codes or provide them with your online banking login credentials, hang up because the bank will never request that.

Additionally, do not click on any links or provide any details to the caller. Hang up and call your local branch or customer care directly for more information.
