A residential burglary is halted when the owner walks in on two suspects ransacking her house.
Salina Police say the 33-year-old woman was also attacked by a female acquaintance when she confronted the man and woman who were allegedly in her home in the 1200 block of Apache on Friday night just after 11pm.
Police say 35-year-old Jason Wooderson ran from the scene and was arrested a short time later at his home on Cherokee.
Officers also arrested 42-year-old Melissa Roush in connection to the case.
Both are facing burglary and attempted theft charges, while Roush is also charged with battery.
Police say the 33-year-old victim had minor swelling on her forehead and one side of her face.
