Investigators follow information provided from a Salina pawn shop – back to a burglary suspect.
According to Captain Mike Sweeney, 25-year-old Joshua Mudd was arrested over the weekend on burglary and theft charges.
Police say Mudd entered a home at 828 Choctaw on two occasions, April 24th and April 26th and removed items that were staged by the owner to move to a new town.
Authorities allege that Mudd stole a PlayStation game system, a TV, mountain bike, golf bag, dolly and a couple of guitars.
Police arrested Mudd after he sold one of the guitars at Money Lenders, 301 W. Ash.
Police do not expect additional arrests and have not recovered the other stolen items.
