Salina City Commissioners will convene for a special meeting on Friday.

According to the city, commissioners will convene on Friday discuss the Downtown STAR Bond Project Development Agreement, downtown redevelopment, and final site development plan for Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen restaurant.

The meeting starts at 8:00 in the City-County Building, Room 107.
