A former Clay Center official is facing two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

60-year-old Andrew Contreras was returned to Clay Center last Friday. Bond for the former Clay Center Area Chamber of Commerce Director and school board member has been set at 35-thousand-dollars.

Authorities say Contreras hasn’t been associated with the chamber of commerce or school district for the last several years.
