A Salina man is arrested after slashing two people with a box cutter knife.
Police arrested 52-year-old James Fetrow after he allegedly shoved his way into a home in the 400 block of South 12th, and cut a man and woman with a blade.
According to Lt. Scott Siemsen, Fetrow knocked on the door of a female acquaintance just before 10:30pm on Thursday night, then pushed his way inside.
Police say he cut a 54-year-old man on the left wrist and a finger on his right hand. The 45-year-old female was slashed on the left side of her face after calling 9 1 1.
Both victims were transported to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries.
Police arrested Fetrow at the scene who is now facing charges that include aggravated battery and aggravated burglary.
