The Hays Academy of Hair Design is hosting an upcoming event in Salina meant to not only provide free haircuts but also to assist with possible employment opportunities.

The event, scheduled for June 26 from 12-2 p.m., will partner with Kansas Works. Licensed professional stylists will be offering free haircuts, and no appointment is necessary.

The Hays Academy of Hair Design is located at 115 S. Fifth Street.
