The Trump administration is making moves against marijuana.

The Justice Department will dump an Obama-era policy that eased enforcement of federal marijuana laws, moving back the federal policy that held U.S. attorneys back. The policy focused on states where marijuana has been legalized.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions believes marijuana is a dangerous gateway drug. Sessions has argued that federal marijuana laws should be strictly enforced.
