Kansas has had its first coronavirus related death. Governor Laura Kelly made the announcement at news conference.
The victim is a man in his 70s from Wyandotte County. He lived in a long term care facility and had underlying health problems.
Kansas has four other patients, all in Johnson County, who have tested positive for coronavirus.
