Millions of dollars of funding is headed to Kansas counties for a bridge construction project.

Governor Laura Kelly and Kansas Transportation Secretary Calvin Reed announced yesterday that more than 40-million-dollars of funding will go to 40 projects around the state.

Combined with matching funds from cities and counties, the total value of the projects is more than 45-million-dollars.
