A piece of heavy work equipment was damaged by vandals.

Salina Police Captain Gary Hanus tells KSAL News that a window on Bobcat mini-x cab excavator was shattered by a BB gun.

Police say sometime between Monday at 10pm and Tuesday morning around 8am, someone shot the side glass window with a BB pellet resulting in $1,500 damage.
