Kansas Governor Laura Kelly is planning to reveal the next phase of her plan to reopen the state.

Kansas entered the first phase of its reopening plan last week, and May 18th has been announced as the earliest possible date to enter phase two.

The second phase of the reopening plan would raise the limits on gatherings to 30 people and allow bars and nightclubs to open at 50-percent capacity.
