A Saline County man is arrested for sexual battery of a female acquaintance.

Salina Police arrested 61-year-old Roger E. Pridey, 5997 W. Watkins Rd, on Thursday after he turned himself in at the police station.

According to Lt. Scott Siemsen, a 36-year-old female contacted police after Pridey allegedly touched her  in an inappropriate and unwanted way, while they were in a central Salina home Thursday afternoon.

He is now facing a charge of aggravated sexual battery.
