The Kansas Teacher of the Year for 2025 is named.

Leavenworth High School business teacher Elizabeth Anstine received the honor during a ceremony on September 28th in Wichita.

She was selected for the award out of a group of eight finalists.

Anstine will and the finalists will travel the state over the next year to advocate for teachers and education.
