The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is creating a new team aimed at fighting fentanyl trafficking.

KBI officials announced yesterday that they have created the Joint Fentanyl Impact Team.

The task force will include KBI special agents, Kansas Highway Patrol troopers and Homeland Security Agents who will work together to disrupt fentanyl distribution in the state.
