State and McPherson County authorities are investigating the suspicious death of a man whose body was found in a ditch near Galva.
The man was identified Tuesday as 39-year-old James E. Croft, who was originally from Portland, Oregon.
The sheriff’s office said in a news release that it has developed three people of interest in the case but few other details about the case were released.
Croft’s body was found Saturday night in a vehicle in a ditch north of Galva.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has joined the investigation.
