A man is under arrest for allegedly filming and live-streaming children at a Garden City swimming pool.

City employees were notified on July 7th that someone had livestreamed children at Garden Rapids’ Big Pool.

The suspect, 57-year-old William Joe Bolin, was arrested on Monday and booked for sexual exploitation of a child as well as drug possession.

A search of his home revealed child pornography, suspected methamphetamine and marijuana.
