A Salina man is cited for public nudity at a spray park.

Officers were called to the spray park near the Friendship Center at 746 Comanche on Monday afternoon around 1:15pm.

Witnesses told police, 43-year-old Tommy Tripp had taken his pants off in front of some children and adults who were present, and was in a state of arousal in his underwear and shirt.

A city ordinance prohibits the discernible display of male genitalia in a turgid state.

Tripp was served a notice to appear for public nudity.
