Salina Police are investigating the theft of a small storage shed.

The owner told officers a tan, 4-foot by 6-foot, metal shed was removed from a property he had recently purchased in the 600 block of N. Broadway.

Police say someone also stole a tool box from the lot sometime between Monday at 5pm and Tuesday at 7:30pm.

Total loss is listed at $500.
