A rape victim called police after being assaulted in a south Salina home. Officers interviewed the woman on Friday after an alleged incident of domestic battery. Police arrested 29-year-old Javier Diaz-Guardado on Saturday and are requesting charges of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy, criminal threat and aggravated kidnapping.
