Ardyce E. (Gage) Bell was 95 and a half years old at her passing on March 5, 2024.  She was the daughter of long time Salina businessman B.B. Gage and Elizabeth Fern (Kirkland) Hartman (both deceased).  Born in Fairbury, NE in 1928. She graduated Salina’s Washington High School in 1946 and met her husband, Willis E. Bell (deceased) at Kansas State University.

She is survived by two sons, Kirby and Kevin Bell, a grandson Patrick Bergmeier of Lawrence, KS, a granddaughter Shelby Bell of Coon Rapids, MN.  There are 4 great grandchildren.

In additional to wife and mother Ardyce was a Red Cross volunteer, church volunteer, den mother, and real estate salesperson with J.P. Weigand & Sons in Wichita, KS.

She was an example of how to love one’s family, friends, and neighbors.  She will be truly missed.

Funeral service at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Ryan Mortuary, visitation will begin at 9 a.m.  Burial will follow in Gypsum Hill Cemetery.
