Billy Ray Stout, 88, of Manhattan, passed away, Monday, November 11, 2019. He was born August 29, 1931 in Salina, KS.

He worked as an Electronic Tech for the FAA for 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sherman and Anna (Discoll) Stout; children, Tammy Zeedyk, Timmy Stout; great grandchildren, Damen Elder and Bishop Klinger.

Survivors include his children, Toni Klinger, Terry Stout; brother, Kenneth Stout; sister, Cora Mae Gleason; grandchildren, Sarra Reeves, Daniel Stout (Alisa), Kathleen Baker (Phillip), Shawn Zeedyk (Siara), Kristina Zeedyk (Keith), Nicole Beatty (Austin), Jacob Cunningham, Bryan Hatch and Kurt Klinger; great grandchildren, Brooke Keller, Emaley Reeves, Kamron Reeves, Bobbie Stout, Alice Baker, Macie Baker, Maleah Beatty, Landen Beatty, Liam Beatty, Jordon Zeedyk, Jace Zeedyk, Jacob Woodring, Dustin Woodring, Vanessa Woodring, Mariah Ortiz and Hallie Elder.

Visitation will be Monday November 18, 2019 from 2-7 PM with Family from 5-7 PM at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 East Crawford, Salina.

Funeral services will be held at Tuesday November 19, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 E. Crawford, Salina. Burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park.
