Bobby Jay Hale, age 56, Lifetime resident of Concordia, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Sunset Home, Inc. in Concordia. He was born on August 16, 1962 in Concordia, Kansas to Theodore and Virlene (Ryan) Hale.
Bobby was a 1980 graduate of Concordia High School.
He worked for 19 years at Cloud County Community College as a dishwasher. Bobby also mowed yards for Concordia residents for many years.
He loved dancing, watching TV, listening to the radio, hanging out with his friends and most of all spending time with family.
He is survived by his special friend, Karen Mcgeoch, Concordia, KS.;step-daughter, Alice Mcgeoch, Concordia and a daughter, Page of Greenleaf, KS.; 4 brothers, Duane Hale, Manhattan, KS.; Jerry Hale, Beloit, KS.; Fred Hale and Scott Hale, both of Concordia, KS.; 4 sisters, Sharon Morrison, Peggy Hale, both of Beloit, KS.; Bonnie White and Deanna Bleick, both of Belleville, KS.
He was preceded in death by his parents Theodore and Virlene, 2 nephews, Ryan and Sawyer White.
It was Bobby’s family wishes to be cremated and a graveside memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at the Jamestown Cemetery with Pastor Bob Burns officiating.
There will be no visitation.
