Daren D. Drury, age 35, of St. Petersburg, FL, left this earthly life on Sunday, June 2, 2019. He was born on Oct. 12, 1983 in Salina, KS to Jere & Kathy (Strait) Drury.
Daren graduated from Concordia High School in 2002. He attended Cloud County Community College for a year and then graduated from WYO-Tech in Laramie, WY in automotive repair. Daren moved to Florida and for the last several years he was the General Manager for Central Cigars & Ruby’s Elixir. Daren loved to play golf.

He is survived by his brother, Gary Strait (Cynthia), Concordia; sister, Laurie Strait-Kilian (Steve), Concordia; nieces & nephews, David, Caleb, Davin & Genna Strait & Kiara & Austin Kilian.

He was preceded in death by his parents & grandparents.

The family selected cremation and Memorial services will be 10:30 am, Monday, July 1, 2019 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia with Pastor Jason Van Pelt officiating. Burial of the cremains will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia. Friends may sign the book from 2-8 pm with the family greeting friends from 5-7 pm on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to CHS Golf in care of the funeral home.
