Donna Jean Marsh passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 65 years. She was born November 13, 1957, in Peterborough, New Hampshire, to Donald and Anne (Clough) Myhaver.
Donna married Calvin Kenneth Marsh on November 20, 1988 in rural Ada, KS. Together they have four children: Amy (Tim) Hiitter of Vesper, KS; Becca (Mike) Hornecker of Wichita, KS; Doug (Amy) Houghton of Ozark, MO; Courtney (Kelly) Marsh of Minneapolis, KS; two dogs, Ciela & Bingo; one cat,Toes; ten grandchildren: Andrew, Paige (Hunter), Dakota, Wyatt, Sam, Addison, Kaitlyn, Madison, Cael, and Payton and two great-grandchildren, Grayson and Kinsley. She is survived by three siblings: Danny (Karen) Myhaver of Oxford, MA; Melissa (William) Merrill of Hillsboro, NH and Debra (Dana) Hult of Nashua, NH.
She was preceded in death by her mother Anne, father Donald, brother Terry and sisters Kim and Cathy.
Donna was bossy, sassy and a chatty-Cathy. She could out-talk anyone in the room. She loved the Nascar races on TV and Salina/Concordia stock car races when she could go. She loved her animals and spoiled them just as much as anyone, even the neighborhood animals (racoons included). She was stubborn and hard headed with a huge heart that had room for anyone in it. She loved her family in her own special way by giving grief that was always given back. No better way to say I love you than for her to show you the middle finger. ESPECIALLY when there was a camera around. She always enjoyed her time spent with any of her family, but especially the grandkids. Their antics would always make her smile.
In keeping with Donna’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Those who wish to make memorial donations in Donna’s name, may send them to the Salina Animal Shelter.
