Dorothy Mae (Frazier) Smith, 84, of Smolan, KS passed away peacefully May 3, 2022 with family at her side. She was born August 12, 1937, in Bazine, to Otis James and Lillian (Burch) Frazier. She passed Hal Patrick Smith on October 26, 1959. They bought their house in Smolan where they raised their son and many others. Hal passed away in 2009.
She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Lois Roubidoux and Carol Sharp; two brothers, Robert Frazier and Richard Frazier.
She is survived by her son Hal William “Bill” Richard Smith and wife Kathy, of Smolan; foster daughter Ruth Downey, of Kansas City, Kansas; grandchildren, Eric and Brandee Adam, Hal Kelly Smith, Kylee Smith, Chris and Rachel Ledbetter and Steven and Grace Buller; great-grandchildren, Katie, Karter, Karee, Kelsee Adam, Hal Ryddyk B. Smith, Isaiah and Gabriella Smith, Evangelina Buller and many close nieces and nephews.
