Duane T. Goerend, 84, of Salina, passed away Monday, November 30, 2020. He was born September 1, 1936 in St. Lucas, Iowa.

He served in the United States Air Force then worked for the USDA Soil Conservation Service.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Dominic and Minnie Goerend, daughter, Pamela Schick and grandson Justin Willingham.

Survivors include his wife, Ernestine Goerend, children, Kimberly Willingham, and Linda (David) Rohleder, both of Salina, son-in-law, Bradley Schick, a brother; Frank (Neme) Goerend of Dewey, OK, 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

No services are scheduled at this time as cremation has been chosen.
