Efren Arceo, born July 9th 1944 to Hijinio Arceo and Angelina Delgado at Ciénega Grande, Monte Escobedo, Zac. He passed away June 16th, 2022 surrounded by his wife and children. Most of his life he lived in Abrego, Fllo. Zac. and Salina, KS. He was dedicated to his family and working his land, but horses were his real passion. Everything done by Campesino was done with commitment and dedication.

Married Feb. 8th 1969, he and Margarita raised 12 children; Enrique, Alma, Azucena, Jorge, Rebeca, Ma. Luisa, Tomas, Rosalva, Efrén, Jesús, Yeni and Abelardo. He enjoyed the company of 35 grandchildren and 9 great-grandkids.

Rosary will be Sunday, June 19th at 7:00 p.m. and Mass will be on Monday, June 20th at 10:00 a.m., both taking place at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Salina, KS.
