Emelia (Meme) M. Piper, 77 of Salina, KS passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018.  She was born June 7, 1941, in Lindsborg, KS to Violet and Charles Donivan.  She was a longtime resident of Salina. She married Donald Piper in 1960.  They were married 48 years before his death in 2008.

Meme loved her family and was very devoted to them.  She will be missed and always cherished and loved by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Donald; her parents; brother, Guy Donivan, and sisters, Charolette Gray and Verlie (Bonnie) Swanson.

Survivors include:  daughters, Robin Piper of Shawnee KS, Debbie Rogers (Jim) of Shawnee KS, Dawn Piper of Mission KS, and Sonya Piper of Keyport WA; grandchildren, A’brey Rogers and Ashley Rogers of Shawnee KS, and Piper Turner of Keyport WA; brothers, Erland Donivan (Darlene) of Salina KS, and Leland Donivan (Shirley) of Derby KS.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 17, from 4-8 pm at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth Street, Salina KS.

Graveside services will be Monday, June 18, at 10 am at Roselawn Cemetery, 1920 E. Crawford, Salina KS.
