Jeffrey John Weberg, 78, passed away on January 16, 2024 at Kenwood View Health and Rehabilitation Center in Salina, KS.

He was born on October 13, 1945, in Salina to Norman and Ina (Livengood) Weberg.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and brother, George Weberg

He is survived by sister-in-law, Joan (Weberg) Bailey of Stromsburg, NE.

Jeff spent all of his life here in the city of Salina.  He was a graduate of Salina High School and then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree. He was employed by First National Bank until June of 1978. Shortly thereafter, he began working for Asbury Hospital, which is now Salina Regional Health Center.  He was employed there for 36 years, before he retired in October of 2014. After his retirement, Jeff spent his time doing the things he enjoyed the most, such as in depth reading and deep research on his computer of many different things that peaked his interest.

Jeff was a very loving person who cared for people and a very devoted son. When his father passed away, Jeff moved his mother in with him and cared for her during her battle with dementia.

He also was a beloved member of the Salina Seventh-day Adventist Church, where he taught lesson study classes from time to time.  Jeff will be dearly missed.

Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 3, 2024, at the Salina Seventh-day Adventist Church, 834 N. 11th St, Salina.
