Jon David Spratlen, 73, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Sunday, September 13th, 2020.
Jon was born in Beloit, Kansas on May 27, 1947, a son of the late Helen Nadine (Durham) and Earl Thomas Spratlen.
Jon served in the United States Army. He owned and operated Cedarwood Shake Roofing and was a Lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Lincoln, Kansas. He loved hunting, outdoor sports, and cruising the streets of Salina.
Survivors include his wife, Sheree Lee (Holcom) Spratlen, of the home; two daughters, Stephanie Spratlen, (Korleone), of Wichita, Kansas; Rebecca Pauley, of Salina, Kansas; sons, Slade Spratlen, (Yvonne), of Salina, Kansas, Michael Griffin, (Stephanie), of Moundridge, Kansas; and two brothers, Jack Spratlen, (Vernadine), of Andale, Kansas; James Spratlen, (Harlene), of Durango, Colorado. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Trevor Cole (Kelsey), Emily Baker, Whitley Spratlen, Brody Spratlen, Brylee Spratlen, Trey Spratlen, Dawson Jamison, Kaison Schoenecker, Laya Bell, Bayard Bell; 2 great grandchildren, Lincoln Cole, and Sylvie Cole.
He is preceded in death by sister, Jeannie Martinson; and brother, Earl Spratlen.
A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, September 19th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Salina VFW 1108 W Crawford St, Salina, Kansas.
