Judy Phinney 71, of Lindsborg, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021. She was born December 8, 1949, in Holton, KS.
Judy was the owner of Ranger’s Steak house in 1985 for 21 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Betty May; husband, Randy Phinney; sister Sharon Stryker; brother, Dwayne Kaspar.
Survivors include her son, Troy Richard Phinney; 2 grandchildren.
