Kenneth Sherman Stout was born July 17, 1934. He departed this life August 22, 2022, in his home.

Kenny married the love of his life, LaDonna Walker February 27, 1954. They lived in the Salina area for most of their adult life. Together, they raised four boys.

He worked for Dillon’s of Salina for twenty years. Kenny enjoyed his time at the Rolling Hills Refuge both as staff and as a volunteer. He enjoyed carpentry and took great pride in having the ability to create a home from the ground up

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Sherman, and Anna (Driscoll) Stout and his brother Billy Ray Stout. He is survived by a sister, Cora Mae Gleason, his children Stephen Stout (Charlene), David Stout (Alicia), Kenneth Stout (Shelia Nelson-Stout) and Billie Stout (Tori Smith), eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great, great-grand children

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 26, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 East Crawford, Salina.

Burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park, 1920 E Crawford, Salina.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rolling Hills Zoo, 625 North Hedville Road, Salina, Kansas 67401
