With family close by Lewis Dennis Grider passed away May 17th 2024 after a stroke. He was 73 years old.

Dennis was born August 25th 1950 in Tulsa, OK to Lewis and Jimmie Grider.

He was preceded in death by Jimmie, Lewis, and his brother Gene Reeves. He is survived by his wife Carol; his children Heather Moravek (Allen), Miranda Lumley (James), and Jeremiah Grider (Stephanie); his grandchildren James, Mark, Luke, Mae, Anna, Jorja, Magdalene, and Jericho; and many church friends and family.

Dennis and Carol were married July 17th 1976 in Moore, OK and celebrated 47 years of marriage. They raised their three children in Oklahoma City, OK and later moved to Salina, KS. Dennis worked as a bingo warehouse manager. Dennis never knew a stranger, he would start a conversation with anyone and talk about nearly anything. Dennis loved his dog Liza Jane, as well as gardening and race cars.

The family plans to hold a memorial service at 11 AM on Thursday May 23rd 2024 at Salina Church of Christ, 1646 N. 9th Street Salina, KS. His place of rest will be in Moore, OK at a later date.
