Ned Devine Norris, 82, of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, passed away Thursday, February 14th, 2019.

Ned was born in Topeka, Kansas on December 25, 1936, a son of the late Edna Lee (Gutsch) and Devine Arthur Norris.

Survivors include daughters, Cynthia Norris, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Amanda Gould (Mick), of Corpus Christi, Texas; son, Kevin Norris (Tammy Stramel), of Salina, Kansas; six grandchildren, Rachel Norris, Erik Norris, Emma Norris, Brett Norris, Eulee Gould, and Dagney Gould.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Norris.

Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held at a later date.
